Founded by Krishnaraj Ramakrishnan, Neognos Tech is a deep-tech company combining AI, materials informatics, quantum-inspired optimisation, and battery science to support clean energy innovation. The company focuses on the part of discovery that is hardest to scale: deciding, with evidence, which candidate materials deserve further effort.

Our research direction is intentionally battery-first. ASTR-1 is being developed as a controlled evidence workflow rather than a generic generator, so each step produces information a researcher can act on — advance, repair, reject, validate, or plan for synthesis.

We do not claim quantum hardware. Where we use quantum-inspired methods, they are implemented with classical algorithms and described as such.
